Inauguration of the SEA An der Loupescht
In the presence of Mayor Ben Ries, the board of aldermen and the municipal council, as well as the Minister of the Interior Léon Gloden, with the Minister of Education Claude Meisch represented by Ms Molitor, the new Maison Relais (SEA) An der Loupescht was officially inaugurated. This project has resulted in a modern educational facility offering children contemporary spaces for care and daily activities, while meeting the highest functional and pedagogical standards.

Girls4STEM
Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming two young participants as part of the Girls4STEM initiative.
The program included a meet-and-greet breakfast, participation in a site meeting, discussions with our female colleagues, and a visit to a construction site alongside one of our engineers. It was a hands-on immersion designed to showcase our professions from the inside and, we hope, inspire new vocations.

Topping-out - Rout Lens
A district setting new standards for energy in Esch/Alzette!
Today, the topping-out ceremony for the first construction phase of the Rout Lens district in the southwest of Esch took place, attended by Mr. Christian Weis, Mayor of the City of Esch/Alzette, and Ms. Sandra Huber, CEO of IKO Real Estate.

All Staff Meeting 2026
On 26 March, all employees of Goblet Lavandier & Associés and Golav Trier came together at the Coque on Kirchberg.
For the management, it was an opportunity to look back on the past financial year while also turning their focus to the future. Several colleagues presented engaging topics, including energy and innovation, and new projects were introduced. We also took a collective look at the projects we successfully completed in 2025.

Opening of the John Scheuren Sports Center in Oberkorn
In November, the official inauguration of the new John Scheuren Sports Center in Oberkorn was celebrated with an open house event. The existing sports hall underwent a complete renovation and modernization, now offering seating for 600 spectators on a brand-new grandstand. In addition to spacious changing rooms and shower facilities, several rooms are available for club sports activities. To further expand the space, an extension was also added.

In record time to charging infrastructure
It took just six weeks from the first groundbreaking to the official launch, an impressive pace worth highlighting. The new charging park offers three DC chargers for fast charging and six AC chargers for everyday needs. In total, 18 charging points are now available.

Inauguration of Jugendwunnen in Oberglabach
Last Tuesday marked the official inauguration of the new reception center for young people in difficulty of the Luxembourg Red Cross in Oberglabach.

Goblet Lavandier & Associés is proud to be part of the design team for this flagship project in Luxembourg. The laying of the foundation stone is one of the key moments in this technically very demanding project, and gives the go-ahead for one of the decisive phases. -
Veldrome Prince Charles
A month ago, the ground-breaking ceremony took place in Mondorf-les-Bains, marking the start of construction work on the new "Prince Charles" multi-activity sports complex and velodrome in Mondorf Les Bains.
The complex has a 250 m running track, 4 sports fields, a multi-sports hall with 3 sports fields and a swimming centre with 6 pools. The total capacity of the complex is designed for 4000 people. We are responsible for the planning of all technical installations, including a photovoltaic system with 1800 roof panels. The complex is supplied with heat via a new energy centre, which is fed by air/water heat pumps with an output of 2,000 kW and will also supply the neighbouring school complex.
This innovative facility will become a major attraction in Luxembourg, offering a wide range of leisure, competition and fitness opportunities for everyone in the Greater Region. -
