Our headquarters in Niederanven
The construction of the new office building fulfills a long-cherished dream of our associates and employees. After three intensive years of planning and construction, the Niederanven office has been in operation since the beginning of December 2017.
The primary goal that was pursued with the construction of our new headquarters in Niederanven is the well-being of our employees. It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable and can work in a pleasant, comfortable and functional environment.
Our building is characterized by a simple and functional architecture in form of a cube. This structure has been chosen (with the aim of) to keep(ing) the paths as short as possible and to stimulate(ing) internal communication.
As the field of energy optimization is in our blood, we have built a passive house (Nearly Zero Energy Building) that uses as much ecological and renewable energy as possible.
